My wife and I did not expect to drive with a brand new car last Saturday, we already checked 2 other Honda dealers, Norm Reeves was out third and we h My wife and I did not expect to drive with a brand new car last Saturday, we already checked 2 other Honda dealers, Norm Reeves was out third and we had another dealer in our list. We made an appointment with Kim Kelly Lujan to talk about options and prices and basically everything moved in the right direction. She was very clear, well informed, friendly, confident and just nice. From the customer service stand point, she made us feel comfortable while dealing and deciding with all the different options and prices. She worked diligently with us to get the numbers that we were comfortable with, and we believe was a good fair price It took some time to go thru the finance department, but you want someone who checks everything and someone who takes his time to go over all the paperwork involved, and someone who make sure that all numbers add up correctly, we think was time well invested. We believe good customer service is a really big part for any successful business, and Kim sure provided excellent customer service, along with Michelle Villanueva who guided me with some of the vehicle features. We will definitely recommend Kim and Norm Reeves Honda to anyone looking for a new car. Thanks again Kim More

I contacted kim Kelly-lujan by phone. she is the AAA sales mngr at norm reeves Honda in Cerritos. kim was friendly and helpful. she provided pricing and payment information that was much better than my prior lease. I agreed to an appointment after providing some basic information. upon arrival I was greeted by kim and the paper work process took no time at all. the next thing I know my old lease car is turned in and I'm on my way to pleasant dinner in my nice new ride. thank you kim Kelly-lujan for turning a dreaded chore into a very pleasant experience.
