Hi there! We are sorry to hear you are feeling unsupported and we want to help clarify our process. A diagnostic inspection is required to determine the nature and cause of any concern. If the findings indicate a repair covered under warranty, the warranty company covers both the repair and the diagnostic fee. If the repair is not covered under warranty and the customer elects not to proceed, the diagnostic fee remains the customer's responsibility. Diagnostic time is a service in itself, and it is how we are able to accurately identify and address any issue. We would love the opportunity to discuss this further with you one on one.
