I have had Nissans for most of my life and have always had a great experience. I recently bought out my lease and shortly after was told I need new tires. I questioned the warranty on the tires since I ha had a great experience. I recently bought out my lease and shortly after was told I need new tires. I questioned the warranty on the tires since I had very low mileage so they checked and turns out they hadn’t been rotating my tires for 3 years. Never once did they recommend it and now I need two tires and proceeded to give me a ridiculous quote. Apparently I have to ask for tire rotations which I never knew. I was really disappointed with the service techs on this one. More

Marco in Clearwater Lokey Nissan service drive needs to be fired asap! He argues with customers, has an entitled young 20 year old attitude with customers. Instead of listening, he talks over you, very condescending- again entitlement. Then asks after arguing and upsetting you, are you okay now? Do you feel better now? So condescending and needs to be fired for his customer service and lack of talking to customers with respect. Not one apology after speaking to his manager, just walking by me in lobby whistling as loud as possible and laughing with friends all in my face, obviously letting me see he’s in great spirits while i sit here beyond mad and disrespected. It’s put a horrific feeling in me for my future oil changes, any service whatsoever, don’t want to deal with the entitlement and the giggling and laughing. i will say Christian, the manager, was and is always professional, apologized and gave me his card to call him directly in the future and told me his behavior is not acceptable. More
