2 hours for oil change and tire rotation? I got here at 9 am and after checking more than once on a status update, I was finally told at 11:15 that the oil had been changed and tire rotation I got here at 9 am and after checking more than once on a status update, I was finally told at 11:15 that the oil had been changed and tire rotation complete. Now I have to sit and wait for them to check the driver heated seats. Is service always this slow and unorganized here? More

It was a great experience and the 2004 X-terra treated me so well, I came back nearly 14 yrs later. Craig made me feel at home, as is my usual experience here. The cars are so well made and maintained from the service department, that I still kept the X-terra since it's still looking and running like a champ. Highly recommend Lokey! More

Third time Lokey customer My Nissan Rogue saved my life. After my insurance company total lossed my car, I went to Lokey. Luis listened to how much I loved my Rogue before the My Nissan Rogue saved my life. After my insurance company total lossed my car, I went to Lokey. Luis listened to how much I loved my Rogue before the accident and how important it is for me to have a safe vehicle. Bruno made the financing work for me. The service department knows me by name. During Hurricane Irma, my Rogue got me out of harms way with gas to spare using the Eco feature. So glad I went back to Lokey and they listened to what I needed and put me in a great car. Matt in the legal paperwork department was very forthcoming and made sure all of the documentation was explained clearly. Thanks Lokey! More
