A few weeks ago, I purchased my fourth Kia and third from Smithtown Kia. When I entered the showroom on Saturday morning Gerard came over and introduced himself and asked how he could help with my car s from Smithtown Kia. When I entered the showroom on Saturday morning Gerard came over and introduced himself and asked how he could help with my car search. Gerard took the time to listen to my needs and wants, made a number of recommendations and as we talked, narrowed down my search to two Sportage's in stock. After we finished discussing both models at his desk, Gerard took me for a test drive in one of the two models I was interested in and spent a lot of time explaining the differences between each and kept asking which features were the most important to me and which were not, as all the features I was looking for weren't available in either of the models. Gerard knowledge was exceptional, at no time did he rush me or skip answering any of my questions. After I decided on the model I wanted to purchase, we spent time working out the price and how I was going to purchase the car. Gerard walked me effortlessly through the financing paperwork and before I left the showroom, asked again if I had any questions that were not answered, or unsure of. When I left the showroom after purchasing the car, I knew I had purchased the perfect Sportage, thanks to Gerard's attention to detail and my needs. When I returned the following Monday to pick up my car, it was perfect and again, Gerard spent a lot of time with me, explaining all the functions of the Sportage and answered every question with a smile. Gerad's constant attention to my needs and wants and his thorough knowledge of the product, made purchasing the Sportage a pleasure. Of course, after driving home, I had questions I never thought of and Gerard was never more then a phone call away. He truly insured that my purchase was a pleasant experience. More
