Ken was amazing! Very knowledgeable and personable. He drove my new car from Maryland to New Jersey for me. Despite being stuck in traffic making his trip longer, he Very knowledgeable and personable. He drove my new car from Maryland to New Jersey for me. Despite being stuck in traffic making his trip longer, he stayed with me and explained in detail all the features of my car and connected the Mazda app for me. As noted above, he is extremely knowledgeable. He told me I could text him anytime with questions, which I have done several times. He always sends a quick reply. .
