Mr. Armet impressively found the CX-30 in Dark Blue Crystal at a distant Heritage dealership and drove the desired CX-30 to Heritage Mazda of Bel Air. As the desired CX-30 was being prepped, Mr. Rodas checked in to see that all was well. Mr. Armet took the initiative to introduce Mr. Varga who in approximately five minutes prepared the final paperwork and expertly presented and finalized the paperwork. After 15 min of going over everything I didn’t want, she rolled her eyes when I told her I didn’t want any add ons. This is my second dealing with her as my daughter bought a car last year. Friendly girl, but doesn’t get it. No respect for other people’s time. This will be the 1 deterrent from buying a Mazda at this dealership again. More
