I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. A true asset to his organization. Dirk Steffen has been with me numerous times when I would stop into the dealership with questions regarding my previous BMW automobile. Always friendly and willing to answer my numerous questions in a professional and friendly manner. It is great customer service to have such a knowledgeable resource at your finger tips. I just had Nate Lieb review my newly purchased vehicle with me. He was awesome, very patient, and extremely informative. The service personnel, John, Brittaney and Jim all know me as I frequently bring my cars in for car washes. I like to see consistency in personnel at car dealerships, and BMW of Westlake has once again exceeded my expectations, which is why I am a repeat customer. More

He will communicate promptly with his customers by their preferred means. I was able to negotiate the entire purchase via email. Ken also emailed me all of the paperwork so that I could complete it before coming into the dealer. I look forward to working with Ken again. Mike Niedzwiecki helped me complete the finance portion of my purchase. Mike was well-prepared as I spent less than 10 minutes in his office. Justin the Genius was also very knowledgeable about the technology of the new car and was able to answer all of my questions. More

Best BMW Dealership in Northeast Ohio Tremendous experience. Everyone at the dealership is responsive and straight forward. The condition of the showroom and service is excellent.
