I've never worked with a dealership, much less a luxury car dealership, that applied so little pressure during the sales process. We worked with Ken Delk. He was transparent and courteous with us through the entire process. We purchased an X7 in its first model year. He was quick to note up front that we might be learning together on the newness of the packages available. I appreciated his professionalism and honesty when handling our questions. And, although I may have sent him an abundance of emails during our shopping experience, he responded quickly and kindly as we partnered in the purchase. I will be back in due time to work with him on another selection and I am counting down the days. You can't go wrong here. More
