I had such a wonderful experience here after my ford explorer broke down on the 390/490. I’m not local but they took care of me and fixed my car, treated me so well. Cortese Service Department continues to be our go-to service shop if we have any issues. This time it was a leaky exhaust system on my truck. My new service tech, Zach Sypolt, did a great job as did the service shop if we have any issues. This time it was a leaky exhaust system on my truck. My new service tech, Zach Sypolt, did a great job as did the mechanics that worked on my truck. My only complaint is it took almost 5 weeks to get the parts needed but I was still able to use my truck so that didn't cause any problems. Thanks again Cortese for a good job well done. More
