Not sure why I was told that I had a nail in my tire, and then recommended replacing it with a new tire costing approximately $500. Prior to me accepting the replacement, the car was placed back in the parki then recommended replacing it with a new tire costing approximately $500. Prior to me accepting the replacement, the car was placed back in the parking without me having being shown the nail. When I checked for the nail I could not find it, neither could the person assisting me with it. Shouldn’t I have at least been shown where this nail was located prior to placing it back in the parking slot at C9? More

So wonderful! I was trying to get to Mississippi to get married that weekend and ended up with a flat needing a new tire the day we were supposed to drive.
