I appreciated Kasey's willingness to negotiate and I did not feel pressured to buy a car. Staff were always courteous and polite, and got things done quickly. Although staff quickly fixed it, I am led to understand this was because a clamp was not installed correctly in the first place. I did appreciate that I was not overly pressured to buy a warranty. When installing plates, they asked me to pay for a license plate holder for the front - I felt this probably should have been included in the first place. I ended up just zip-tying the plate to the front myself. When I took the car home, the outside was spotless but there were a few compartments in the interior which were not properly cleaned, so I had to clean them myself. More

I recently leased an Atlas Cross Sport from VW of Medford and had as smooth of an experience as possible. Walking into the dealership I knew which vehicle I wanted so it was more of a "getting the numbers ri and had as smooth of an experience as possible. Walking into the dealership I knew which vehicle I wanted so it was more of a "getting the numbers right" process. I initially arrived at the dealership late on a Saturday and Kasey assisted with a quick test drive. Returning a few days later to negotiate on a price for the vehicle Kasey was transparent in working with my wife and I and even brought us into the finance office to show us the dealerships figures. We were able to come to an agreement on a final price in timely manner. In between signing paperwork and picking up the vehicle, the Boston area received more than 20" of snow. When I arrived to pick up my car the vehicle was spotless like it had just left the showroom. Thanks Colonial VW Medford for a great car shopping experience! More
