This is the fourth car I have leased from Colonial VW and their customer care and service continues to be exceptional, from the in-person and online sales staff to the service department. I just picked up my new 2026 Tiguan and couldn't be happier with it. While everyone at Colonial VW have always been most helpful, I want to acknowledge two staff members who were really great this time around. Kristine Marino was wonderful in ensuring the lease inspection was taken care of (as I was not able to be there). I was concerned that there would be a problem with my absence, but Kristine did everything and kept me up to date on the process. Without her help, I would have had to wait a week before getting my new car. When I got my new Tiguan, I wouldn't have gotten out of the dealership driveway without the help of Steven Tkacyk. There were so many differences between this Tiguan and the older model, I could never have figured it out without Steve. He spent over an hour showing me every screen and button (so many changes from my last Tiguan!). Here's what made Steve so special - he was exceptionally patient no matter how many times I asked him to repeat something. I have never experienced such kindness and patience in the after sale part of getting a new car. Thank you to Steve and Kristine for your exceptional kindness and help in getting me into my new Tiguan (and literally getting me out of your driveway!). More
