He is a laid back style salesman who is congenial and friendly. He is a great listener with solid attention to details. He spent a considerable amount of time with me insuring that I bought the best Volkswagen that serves my transportation needs. I'm not that technically savvy. And Arthur was very helpful in navigating me through the technology advantages of my VW from head to tail and soup to nuts. I have nicely synced up my cellphone for hands free phone use and included my music apps on board for vacation trips and weekend getaways. Arthur was thorough in every aspect of my new car.
