I am going out of town for the Holiday weekend, Karen made sure I got in for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Unlike most sales people, she did not try to sell us the car she had available or the car that was most convenient, but worked to make sure we got the car we actually wanted. I found Karen using a feature on Edmonds.com. After building the equinox we wanted online, Edmonds sent out a request for quotes to several dealers. Karen was quick to respond, and was willing to work hard to find our super specific configuration (we had about 30 email correspondences and a few phone calls). She was upfront and reasonable when negotiating prices, and even helped us get a fair deal on our trade-in. Bottom line: no non-sense, quick and friendly. More

If you want to see what a beautiful truck it is (I know, trucks aren't supposed to be "beautiful", but it is), go to facebook.com, search "undercover tonneau", click on "Featured Truck". That's my truck. Not too sure how much longer it is going to be the featured truck. It's been there since about May 9th. But it's still there as of June 9th. So it's taken at least a month to find one that looks as good! More

After being turned down by numerous car dealerships I went into McCluskey Chevrolet. I was informed of an option to obtain a vehicle. It was a great plan and I gladly accepted.
