I love the dealership owners. They were clients of mine. Lisa Niello my friend. I went in knowing what I wanted. When Jaime showed me the card the first one was it. The only person I remember is Jaime in Mini sales was right on . He went over and above. I sold myself saw what I wanted and Jaime followed me step by step with the sale. Every detail even let me call him after hours if I had questions. I would buy another car because of him. I realize that there’s a price in that car and he could do so much. I didn’t care for when it was time for signing three to five men came one right after the other to sign here sign there within a couple hours. At that point Jaime had done his job. I felt like the other men wanted my signature on everything really not explaining. The exception the very lady who was working out the financing very humble sat and talked about the car. The others like car salesman. With the exception of the Lisa N. and Jaime I wouldn’t would not do again. I also love Mini’s no choice. I really hope that you push Jaime up the ladder he’s a gem and he went overboard for me. I also was amazed at meeting Mr. Genius after the sale. I actually would like him back. He did give me his number if I can find it in all the signing process. A young smart kid who pointed the important things on my car. Well, that’s what I have to say. I really hope you keep Jaime in mind for promoting you would be making a GOOD move! Thank you Josey H. More

i thought Niello was different, but it was typical dealership experience as you would expect. cheesy, pushy and not great communicators. they also stated the vehicle i purchased was leased by their "C dealership experience as you would expect. cheesy, pushy and not great communicators. they also stated the vehicle i purchased was leased by their "CFO" for 9 months. however, when i got the vehicle, 10 different phones were connected to the bluetooth indicating it was obviously not driven by a single leasee, but was more like a loaner, which they lied about after i asked clearly if it was a loaner. I'm leaving reviews of my negative experience with Niello Sacramento on every website that will accept it while doing my research for a probable lawsuit in the near future. I purchased a $6,500 6 year/100,00 Sacramento on every website that will accept it while doing my research for a probable lawsuit in the near future. I purchased a $6,500 6 year/100,000 mile extended service agreement in May, 2022 for my 2020 BMW X5. The first time I tried to use it (after the original agreement lapsed) I was told by BMW, NA that it was canceled. I sure didn't cancel it. I contacted them, first by email then certified mail, but have not heard back. Meanwhile, I had to pay $1,800 for the 60k mile service on my car. They do not honor their commitments and flat out refuse to communicate with you. I will see this through and resolve this. I refuse to give them my money without a fight. More
