I bought a VOLVO XC60 from this dealership, and the salesman told me (during the test drive) that it had adaptive cruise control, but that was not the case. Because English is my second language, sales manager Mr. Eddie Reyes on the first day, has been insulting me by repeating the words like “confusion”, “misunderstanding” instead of taking responsibility when there is certainly no confusion about monthly payments. I see it as discrimination toward me. Obviously, they lied to me to sell their car, and I see they abused my trust in Volvo. Unfortunately, the dealership responses so far have shown that the seller is not willing to accept the reality and what does not matter to him is consumer satisfaction. More
