The day before I purchased my car Eddie and Iris dealt with my nephew and me on the phone and I felt confident enough in them that I knew I'd be buying a car from them the next day...which I did! Once I got to the dealership the next day, Eddie and Iris introduced themselves to me and I immediately felt at ease about the car buying process. Justin also went out of his way to make sure the Costco discount went through for me. The person I spent the most time with was Iris Harley. She was AWESOME! We joked around while still being able to get down to serious car buying business. It was a long day, by no fault of anyone's, and by the end of the day when we were going over things inside the car, she knew I was tired and made me promise to come back next week to go over anything else in the car that might still be confusing. I also appreciated that when I asked her about purchasing a rubber mat for the back of the cargo area she immediately called parts and when she found out they had it in, she went and got it herself and put it in the car herself, rather than waiting for anyone else to do it. I just loved her personality! She's definitely a people person. I'd recommend Iris to anyone looking to buy a Volvo in the area and I would obviously use her again, myself! I even put her in my contacts so when she calls to check on me, as I know she will, her number will come up as identifiable so I'll know it's not a spam call. As I drove home with my new Volvo XC60, I knew I had chosen the right car and the right dealership. I also wanted to mention that I LOVE MY NEW VOLVO!!! More

While wandering the Volvo lot as my current car was being serviced down the street, Mabel approached me and I ended up test driving a Volvo with her. She was friendly and knowledgeable about all the differen serviced down the street, Mabel approached me and I ended up test driving a Volvo with her. She was friendly and knowledgeable about all the different models and options as compared to the model I was driving. I loved the car and was impressed at the easy-going and confident nature of Mabel and her colleagues at Silver Spring Volvo. I returned later in the day to buy the car. Although I had obtained financial approval from my bank in the meantime, when I informed them of my rate, their dealer offered a better one. Very impressed with this salesperson Mabel and the other folks I dealt with there. Very smooth process and very happy with my Volvo. More

My wife walked in to Volvo Silver Spring without an appointment and Steve was so accommodating and the test drive was great. Steve really did a great job of asking us to pick a car that caught our eye instead of looking at so many cars and get confused, he was right. It was a very smooth car buying process, Justin, Eddie and Steve, and Wyman these people made our life easy and the car buying process was excellent. We are very happy with Volvo Cars Silver Spring and the XC90, Never thought we would buy a Volvo though, but definitely a great experience. More
