Nothing spoken at signing is included. I was told I had extended maintenance which I do not have. The sales and finance managers verbal statements do not match the contract. Tire rotation is included wherever I purchase tires - but not for me at Scott Clark Honda. At signing , I was told I could split payments- I can’t.
