You should be fired for speaking to customers and your fellow employees the way you do. They push you from one person to the next. They don’t care if you are a valued customer of that location for 18 plus years. They want your money and to lie about this needing fixed. DON’T WALK, BUT PLEASE RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They are unfair on trade ins. Told my aunt she needed breaks and she didn’t. Not to mention there is now a deep scratch on the bumper I can’t prove happened either.
