I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could. My engine oil pan gasket that they replaced less than 2 years ago is leaking profusely & now needs replacing again. Not to mention that they told me they accepted my warranty which I should have had to pay them only the deductible of a $100. Instead after my warranty company paid them around $1,500 they billed me close to $1,000 for parts & labor not covered by my insurance/warranty company. While I was able to negotiate Scott Clark Honda (Charlotte, NC) down to $600 that’s still $500 more than I should have had to pay. And now I have to get the engine oil pan gasket replaced again, which they had replaced for me on that same occasion & bill. Now, I will have to pay an estimated, additional $500 to get that leaking gasket replaced again. You can be sure that the job will not be done at Scott Clark Honda, as well as, any other mechanical work or repairs I need to have done. And if you are having aftermarket warranty work done on your vehicle here don’t go by this dealership telling you that they accept your warranty. Don’t go by SCH’s word alone. Check with your warranty company FIRST before ANY work is even stated to find out who your warranty company works with regularly & cooperates with the warranty company. You decide what you will do now. But, hopefully my review will help you. More

By far the worst customer service I have ever experience from a dealership and a person. Paul has made my experience with Scott Clark Honda a terrible one. My car has been brought in to the shop 3 times now from a dealership and a person. Paul has made my experience with Scott Clark Honda a terrible one. My car has been brought in to the shop 3 times now and two of those times I was told there would be a Odyssey or Pilot for my big family. I am currently here now for the second time at 7:30am and they were not prepared for me again. Not only are you put of your own vehicle for days for an electrical issue but then you have to deal with terrible customer service with everyone here. I would not recommend this dealship or any of the workers. More
