6/22/26 - Coming back as a return customer looking to get a hitch installed on my new 2025 pilot. Worked with the parts rep, Steven, to try and match the pricing of an online Honda Dealership so that I ca a hitch installed on my new 2025 pilot. Worked with the parts rep, Steven, to try and match the pricing of an online Honda Dealership so that I can make sure the warranties and work applied to the install. Happy with what he was able to do. Spoke with Dyamond at service thinking that the install price was fair and scheduled. Coordinated with Joe, the scheduler, a couple of times since the installer was not available at the scheduled times. I asked to speak with Dyamond to discuss but was generally unavailable. Was happy to see that there was a 15% off accessories coupon on the website and, before arriving, confirmed with Joe, who confirmed with Dyamond, that the discount would apply. Reworked the work schedule to accommodate their availability, thinking all is set. I arrive at my scheduled time and am told that the agreed on terms are not valid and am given a new price. I told Dyamond several times that this was not what I agreed to and wanted was agreed upon. I stated that Joe confirmed with me, over the phone, who confirmed with her (Dyamond), that we can apply the 15% coupon to the parts price as there is no disclaimer on exceptions. Dyamond advised that Joe works in the call center and was wrong. I asked to speak to a manager as I felt this wasn’t right and I confirmed it a couple of times that the coupon could apply. I then asked to speak to a manager and was told by Dyamond that she’s the assistant manager and any manager will say the same thing. To rectify, she applies the online coupon to the service side of the bill - take it or leave it. Reluctantly I agreed to the higher price as I already took the time off from work , sent the online parts back to the online Honda dealership and would be negative on funds as I paid out of pocket to mail it back. The install is great but the bait and switch on pricing left a bad impression of Scott Clark Honda. No multi point inspection done - receipt said declined but wasn’t offered. Bumping my 5 star from before to a 1… 11/11/2017 - Bought an accord touring and worked the the manager Derek. Was able to find the color and price I was looking for. Thanks and enjoying it to this day. More

Mr. Scott Hall and Christian Carter are horrible people , they have no respect for customers. scott recommends trial and error, he doesn't know what he is about. he doesn't qualify to be a service manager to they have no respect for customers. scott recommends trial and error, he doesn't know what he is about. he doesn't qualify to be a service manager to be honest. very rude guy. when you are not satisfied as a customer he tells you to get the ''xxxx out of here'' it's such a shame to deal with such a horrible manager.
