New Car Purchase I recently purchased a 5 series from Otto's. I always heard great things about them. I wasn't disappointed from my experience. I went up there to "look" at a vehicle in hopes of trying to figure out what car I was going to buy. After 4 hours, lol, my husband and I walked out with a contract in our hands. Justice, our salesman, was awesome. He really worked with us to get what we wanted. Their showroom is state of the art. My car was the only one sitting in the "pickup" area . The BMW "genius" as they're called, thoroughly and patiently went over the car with me. Once I pulled out, I felt as though I had always owned one. Today, a week later, I received a follow up call to see how we're making out. Thanks, Otto's for all your help with the sale from beginning to end. More

Third car from Otto's Justice did a great job getting this deal done. I bought an older 528i. At delivery the car looked brand new.
