In 1997, I had my first BMW experience at the Susan G. Komen 'Drive for the Cure' event. I got behind the wheel of the newly-released Z3. I never understand why people made such a fuss about BMWs, but when I drove that car, top down through the winding Chester County roads, I quickly understood. As a part of my early training, I attended the BMW Academy in Greenville, SC, where I spent one week testing each model under the most extreme conditions. That experience showed me the unique driving characteristics of each car. I currently have an M3 Coupe with a six-speed transmission. It's like driving a race car: the handling and performance is unbelievable. It's also a very limited production model. I enjoy helping people, and I always try to make the process of car shopping as enjoyable as it can be.

Third car from Otto's Justice did a great job getting this deal done. I bought an older 528i. At delivery the car looked brand new. Justice took his time with us explaining all the features of the vehicle. We spent less than 20K but were treated like we spent 80k! Thats what you get from Justice and Otto's. They will find you the car you want or help you build the car you want. The transactions always go smoothly and they do an excellent job of explaining all the features in the car. Justice goes above and beyond - which is why every 2-3 years, I stop in to see him to arrange for a new car. The service department is great as well. Your car is always returned to you looking clean and brand new. The redesigned show room / shop is fantastic. More

This is the fifth Certified pre-owned 7 series BMW we have purchased, four of them through Otto's BMW and the last three working with Justice Mogano. He knows what we like and has always worked to get us the best deal possible. When we called him to tell him we were interested in trading in our 2010 750 BMW for a newer one, he found an excellent value for us with a low mileage 2018 750. Everything was handled very efficiently and professionally from beginning to completion of sale and instruction on the car's systems. Not only was the sale a positive experience, but we have continued to use Otto's BMW because their service department is excellent as well. More

I’m usually nervous about purchasing cars, since I dread how pushy and seemingly dishonest many of the salesmen can be, but Justice was simply amazing! He is not interested in just “selling a car” to you— he will not push a bad deal onto you just so he can make a sale. Your interests ALWAYS come first with Justice. He is obviously a man of integrity! The same goes for the other staff members I’d dealt with in finance and service. I will definitely be returning to Otto’s to purchase my next BMW from Justice!
