The whole team was very honest from the start, which is something I am definitely not used to when buying cars. Transaction terms were discussed and agreed on and when I arrived at North Hollywood Toyota, something I am definitely not used to when buying cars. Transaction terms were discussed and agreed on and when I arrived at North Hollywood Toyota, the car I was purchasing was ready for me and the process went smoothly and without surprises. Professionalism and courtesy all around and other customers seemed pleased with their purchase experiences as well. Despite the car I bought being a new model, Julio knew all the features and tips and tricks and carefully gave me an overview to ensure I left happy and without questions.
