Fred has done a great job stepping in as service manager. I’ve been going there for about 15 years and seen a few changes of the guard, and I am very impressed with the way he handled my issue. I moved a lot farther away, but service like theirs, including Mike B the shop foreman, makes me feel confident in the choice to make the journey.
