Everyone from Roger, Jakub, James, Shahat, Toyota Tom, and the new general manager, Gary Jaros, are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond what you would normally expect from a car dealer. In fact, we never consider going to any other car dealership--only Heiser! More

This is my third vehicle leased through Al and Heiser Toyota. He listened to what I was looking for in specifications and price, and I found the perfect new vehicle for me! Jorge in Finance answered all my questions and went over everything in detail to ensure I understood the contract and was satisfied with the products I had selected. I love my new Rav4 hybrid XLE; I’ve already named her Scully after my favorite FBI character, since she’s all black. It’s always been a pleasure working with this dealer and dealership. They have always met my needs that came up with any of the vehicles I’ve leased, and on several occasions exceeded my expectations. My last vehicle (Prius) needed a new tire which was not in stock, and they gave me a loaner free of charge for the two days it took to get the new tire. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Al Hussain and Heiser Toyota! More
