Every time I went to Findlay Toyota and got the service, I’ve noticed that a few people who work there always adjust the driver’s seat, the distance between the wheel and the height of the chair. I brought my truck in for a/c changing temp and light on ac button flashing, was told needed ac discharge and recharge, which I understand to see if leaking or low on freon, then was told that blend motor d ac button flashing, was told needed ac discharge and recharge, which I understand to see if leaking or low on freon, then was told that blend motor door was stuck in window defrost mode and not blowing properly, approved repair, but when got truck it was still blowing was still changing temp, and this all seemed to have started after bringing my truck in for oil change on July 25 th, I was shown picture of dirty cabin filter and opted not change at that time, then after getting truck back from ac repair and still not working, I did some research what possible problem could be, either a clogged evap drain or dirty evap coil, I had to go under my truck to use compressed air to unclog drain and under dash to clean evap coil, I believe I had mentioned that to Jordan to check out for me, however where Im lacking confidence is in the tech that serviced my truck, I'm not sure why he didn't find that issue and found a issue with blend motor door being stuck and that would fix the issue with my ac, it didn't and I don't believe that was causing any issues to begin with, it was all from evap drain being clogged and not allowing water to drain out and get rid of moisture in system, after I did that myself ac has been blowing just as cold as when came in before oil change, So in essence I feel that was an unnecessary repair that wasn't going to fix issue, Ive been a pretty LOYAL customer to Findlay Toyota for the last 10 years, between my trucks and my wife's cars we have boughten 5 cars through you, we have brought our vehicles in for service and maintenance through you, not sure if any of this counts as loyalty to you or not, but I bring my vehicles to Toyota with understanding your product your techs would be able to perform what needs to be repaired and not me having to figure issues out myself and fix, I don't want to work on my own vehicles and don't have time, that's why I bring to you, LOYALTY!, so not sure if any of this means to much or not, but Im thinking I should look for a different place to repair my vehicles, anyways hope this finds its way to someone that it means something to, More

Jordan was great to work with. I don't normally care who I get assigned to because all of the advisors have been pretty good but Jordan was just so pleasant to work with. He explained everything very well and I learned a couple of things. I will ask for him again in the future. We bought our RAV4 at Findlay 5 years ago and we've only gone there for service. There is another Toyota dealer much closer to our house that we took our last Toyota to, but Findlay has been so good that it's worth the extra 20 minute drive to go there. They are the best. Their scheduling is also very easy to use. More

Very satisfied with my overall experience. I’ve been servicing my 2023 Toyota Rav 4 at this Findlay Henderson location since purchase and I’ve had several service consultants whom were all gre I’ve been servicing my 2023 Toyota Rav 4 at this Findlay Henderson location since purchase and I’ve had several service consultants whom were all great but Jordan Santos is one I will stay with. Seems very honest, professional and answered all my questions and easy to talk to. I drive all the way from Spring Valley because I have yet to have a bad experience at this dealership. Staff are all helpful and friendly. Seems like a well run place. Never have to wait long for my car when serviced and the lobby is very comfortable with spotless bathrooms and free coffee, and food/snack items available for purchase. More
