I was quoted a different price over the phone then was charged. I hadn’t heard anything 4.5 hours after dropping my car off, so I called for an update. They didn’t know anything and said they would call m charged. I hadn’t heard anything 4.5 hours after dropping my car off, so I called for an update. They didn’t know anything and said they would call me back. Took almost an hour to call me back and just ran the diagnostic then. Service was not great when I came to pick up and I was not thrilled the price was more than I was quoted. More

Always trying to upsell and put fear in you if you don’t agree to they’re never ending fluid changes.
