It was immediately clear that Michael was honest and that there were no games being played. He was available for additional questions, and returned phone calls promptly. I am a social worker and one doesn't get into that profession for the money. I left $1,000.00 on the table at one dealership, and $500.00 at the other, as I was so disgusted with them that I could not bear to give them my business - sleazy does not stat to describe the experience. Finding Michael was a gift. More
