So nice to work with a straightforward and honest Salesman! It was immediately clear that Michael was honest and that there were no games being played. He was available for additional questions, and returned phone calls promptly. I am a social worker and one doesn't get into that profession for the money. I left $1,000.00 on the table at one dealership, and $500.00 at the other, as I was so disgusted with them that I could not bear to give them my business - sleazy does not stat to describe the experience. Finding Michael was a gift. More

200k Here I Come I love my 2010 Pilot. I currently have 150k low maintenance miles and want to hit at least 200k before thinking of replacing “old reliable”. I was hea I love my 2010 Pilot. I was hearing some engine noise, and the service team was able to diagnose the issue. A little investment in old reliable and I’m very hopeful 200k plus is well in reach. John keep me in the loop with options, the parts were in, and 24hrs later... I’m on the road again. More

Friendly and respectful My service adviser was very pleasant to work with. Was a longer wait than I had expected. I made an appointment on line and did not expect it to take over an hour. My service adviser did everything she could to get me out as soon as possible with the big rush that showed up at my appointment time. I still recommend thanks to the above and beyond performance of my service adviser. She was fantastic!!! More

I bought my current Odyssey from another dealer when Russ Darrow could In for scheduled maintenance. As always, they are fast, courteous and thorough. I bought my current Odyssey from another dealer when Russ Darrow couldn’t find the package I wanted in the timeframe I needed it. My mistake ... service was never as good there. I came back to stay and am currently shopping for my next Honda. More
