My experience with Greenway Kia North was horrible. This dealership is a scam. The price of the car I looked at was $15,444.00, but once all of their random fees, like "recon", "administration", "taxab This dealership is a scam. The price of the car I looked at was $15,444.00, but once all of their random fees, like "recon", "administration", "taxable", and "non-taxable" fees were added, the price was $21,637.13. If you're wondering what the "recon" fee is that they like to slide into your paperwork, it is the amount they put into the car to fix it prior to listing the vehicle. They do not advertise that, and hide behind their blank disclaimer. Because I was not willing to pay the "recon" fee, I began wondering it that was even legal. I spoke with Florida's Office of Attorney General (James Uthmeier), and I was given a great amount of insight and was informed that their practices are "red flags". If you do not believe me, I understand, but please read Florida law 501.976 (16) and make that call yourself. Also, Jonathan Daniel is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I am pretty sure I have recorded him saying things like "my car" and how he "will not remove the 'recon' fee," because he "refuses" to. Not only is it Jonathan, it is also Gemoi, David Andrew (the general manager), and Hicham Belharsa, who are terrible for the company. They are aggressive, pushy, and do not know how to communicate. They took my credit information and never reached back out to me. However, sweet Brittani helped me as much as she could, which was nice, but ultimately, I decided to go somewhere else. More

I had the absolute worst and most unprofessional experience with Greenway Kia North. It was a bait and switch scam! My son wanted a new Kia. He has been driving a Kia for 10 years. He did research a experience with Greenway Kia North. It was a bait and switch scam! My son wanted a new Kia. He has been driving a Kia for 10 years. He did research and decided on a particular car, a "Manager's Special" 2025 model to save some money. On the internet, it was advertised for a specific price. He was also told he would receive credit for a recent repair at this dealership. Wrong! The car was advertised as new with 12 miles! But it actually has over 800 miles! The car was advertised for around $24,600. But they kept doing fuzzy math showing around $29,500! They had an online estimate trade in value of his current car as $4,000+. But while at the dealership, they offered him $2,500. On top of that, they tagged on additional fees and options that he does not need or want. I can go on but the bottom line was multiple managers were lying to us and got angry and rude when they were called out. The salesperson was OK but he had to follow the dealership scams. My son was very honest and upfront with what he could afford. But they still tried over and over to get him to pay double his monthly budget. I have been top level sales and marketing management for many decades. I can spot this kind of scams from miles away. I usually do not write negative reviews but others need to know about the bait and switch tactics and unprofessionalism of this dealership. Don't advertise a lower price and low mileage when the reality was completely different. My son was ready, willing and able to walk out with a "new" car if they kept their promises and offers. But he walked out not never wanting to come back to this dealership ever again. Stay away from them and only buy from dealerships which offer no haggle policies. More

The people seem nice but Trent was very pushy and impatient while trying to work out this deal. There was a mishap on the vehicle that was easily fixed. I had a great overall experience at this dealership, especially with Ms. Endeya (who walked extra miles to make sure I was satisfied with my experience). I wish I could say the same thing about Mr. Yaki especially with Ms. Endeya (who walked extra miles to make sure I was satisfied with my experience). I wish I could say the same thing about Mr. Yakir, the Sales Manager. Without going into details, the entire sale was almost blown because of the way he communicated with me, just because I dared to ask for a review of my lease's numbers. I reported the incident to the General Manager because I was genuinely concerned about his behavior, receiving a sincere apology and the deal's review that I was politely asking for in the first place. Big thumbs up! More
