Erica already knew me. She already knew exactly what features I wanted, what I liked, and what I wasn't willing to compromise on. 💯👏🏽 At one point, the manager was trying to show me some options that were a little more budget-friendly because I wasn't completely loving the payment. 🤣💸 But my girl Erica already knew what I wanted! 👏🏽😂 She knew I had my heart set on that SX Prestige, and she worked hard to help make it happen. And guess what? THEY DID! 🎉🚗✨ The team worked with me, got me where I needed to be, and helped me drive away in the exact vehicle I wanted. 🙌🏽❤️ I was literally there from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. ⏰😂 But honestly, they treated me so well that I felt like I was the Employee of the Day instead of the customer! 👑🏆🤣 Everyone checked on me, kept me updated, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. That's why I keep coming back. Erica isn't just a salesperson—she's family at this point. ❤️🤗 She is knowledgeable, patient, professional, and she genuinely cares about her customers. Age ain't nothing but a number because this young lady can GET THE JOB DONE! 💪🏽🔥🏆 I've now purchased TWO Sportages from Erica, and I can honestly say she is the only person I'll buy a car from. He is a terrible sales manager and need to find a new job or his boss need to know.what he is doing and how he acts towards customers. He acts like he is better then everyone and flat out tells customers tha or his boss need to know.what he is doing and how he acts towards customers. They have the worse customer service ever. My sevice guy name AJ. I was waiting in the waiting room for over 3 hours. He never came to let me know what was going on with my car.
