Having managed service departments, springing that kind of backlog on a scheduled customer is unacceptable. Communication was nonexistent. The promised text updates never came; my wife had to call to find out the car was ready, and the automated "done" text pinged after we were already home. To cap it off, they called the next day asking to book the exact service they had just completed. Between the internal disorganization and an equally underwhelming sales experience, I cannot recommend them. More

They have the worse customer service ever. My sevice guy name AJ. I was waiting in the waiting room for over 3 hours. He never came to let me know what was going on with my car.
