We had such a fantastic experience with Ricardo Anderson, the sales rep at the dealership! He even came outside to greet us a half hour before they opened, which I thought was really thoughtful. He took the sales rep at the dealership! He even came outside to greet us a half hour before they opened, which I thought was really thoughtful. He took the time to explain all the different styles of the Kia Sportage in detail, making sure we understood everything. His insights on pricing and financing were super helpful, and he made the visit genuinely enjoyable. Everyone at the dealership was a joy to work with, too! Ever since I purchased my Kia it has been an issue. It has a leak the first day I got it. They fixed it now it's back again. Then the handle on the passenger side broke. Kia North informed me that they could match the 0% interest rate currently offered by Hyundai, but only for 2024 models. Naturally, I was thrilled. However, when Kia North checked for available 2024 m interest rate currently offered by Hyundai, but only for 2024 models. Naturally, I was thrilled. However, when Kia North checked for available 2024 models statewide, they were dishonest and claimed there were none available. Their response time is frustratingly slow at this store, prompting me to reach out to other dealerships myself and I found one at Kia West. When I informed Kia North about the availability of a 2024 model at Kia West dealership, they stated they couldn't access it even though Kia West informed me Kia North should be able to access it. (Seriously, what is the point of looking around at other stores if you can't acccess them?) It seemed clear that they preferred to sell me a 2025 model at a 6% interest rate instead. I walked out as they refused to honor their agreement. More
