I was lied to The salesperson, Jordan Eastman could not have been more professional and nicer. I spent 3 hours getting the truck I wanted at the right price. Howe The salesperson, Jordan Eastman could not have been more professional and nicer. I spent 3 hours getting the truck I wanted at the right price. However, going into the back room with the finance person was a nightmare. John Davis, the finance person gave me a rate of 8.34% of which he said Ford Credit set the rate. I spoke to Ford Credit and they old me it was the dealers who set the rate. I have a level 1 credit rating and a 743 credit score . I picked the dealership out because of great past service on my Ford truck. Unfortunately because of this experience with the finance person, they missed out on $1400 of extras and I will never use them for service of to purchase another truck. I have bought 5 Ford trucks and have never been dealt like this before with a finance manager. Not only was he untruthful, he was unprofessional and I think he should be fired. Everyone was so great only to get mistreated in the end. Do remember, there was another dealer holding the same truck and I came to Lebanon. What a mistake. More
