Smooth purchase The second I stepped onto the Lebanon Ford property I was met by Duane Veilleux who just so happened to be the right person at the right time. I told The second I stepped onto the Lebanon Ford property I was met by Duane Veilleux who just so happened to be the right person at the right time. I told him I was looking for a Diesel, F-250, Crew Cab in the Lariat package with the color preference in Dark Blue. We walked into the showroom, sat at Duane's desk and he immediately began searching for my vehicle. He calmly asked me if there was anything I would like; ie, coffee, water, etc., and I told him I was fine. He said he would be right back and before I knew it, he was outside walking in and beyond him in the lot was the exact vehicle I was looking for. We went out to give the truck a look and Duane excused himself to go get a dealer's plate so we could take the truck for a short ride. Once the truck was on its way, we hadn't traveled 100 yards and I knew this was the vehicle for me... more than I had anticipated. After returning to the dealership, I informed Duane I would return home to gather the title to my trade-in vehicle and would back as soon as possible. By the end of the day, I was going home behind the wheel of my new 2019 Ford F-250 and I have been more than thrilled with it ever since. I am amazed at the fuel efficiency, which is improving each time I take the truck out. I have never seen that happen with any vehicle I have owned. The smooth ride, despite being a heavy duty rig and the power is very impressive. I won't have any issues hauling my trailer loaded down with my two Harleys and whatever else I toss in the trailer. I know this rig will pull it without breaking a sweat. I am very happy with my experience at Lebanon Ford, and will recommend to anyone interested in buying a Ford that they give the dealership their first visit.
