Did a couple test drives and had no pressure on which truck to buy. Once we decided which truck the negotiations on the trades went pretty smooth. All said and done we were out of there in just over a few hours, unlike other dealers who drag the process out for a whole day. David delivered the truck on time as promised. Even after the sale he has been very helpful with questions. Definitely worth giving them a shot! More

But for me it was a surprise that the price given to me when agreeing on the lease was NOT Service was good - knowledge was good - friendliness good. But for me it was a surprise that the price given to me when agreeing on the lease was NOT the price I ended up paying. When it's stated that I should pay 378 per month then I expect that it would be the price. Suddenly after signing dozen of document it's revealed that there is an additional fee and that I end up paying almost 500 per month. That should have been explained up front. Otherwise clarity and budget is all down the drain. More
