First the entire Westlake team were friendly and professional. But many things were over looked especially for a certified car. During the tech review I noticed that the tow hook and wheel lock ke professional. But many things were over looked especially for a certified car. During the tech review I noticed that the tow hook and wheel lock key were missing. Kelly ordered me new ones. (thanks) I also noticed that 2 tires had been replaced. I know all wheel drives need balanced tires. So I offered to purchase them. ($330+). Some time during the purchase/deliver I was told there was only 1 key with the car. ($350+) Purchase completed aprox Dec 25. Then the troubles began. Return trips to the dealer for audio and sensor problems. First time waited got car back and went to lunch but had to return the car same because the audio failed again! I was given a loaner and between Jan.14 and Jan. 25. many repairs were done. Now the car seams fine for over a week. But it was frustrating ,time & money consuming to get a certified car going properly. (over $700). Again Kelly , Brittaney, and Ian did their very best to help solve the many problems. Oh two more things just in the title was processed wrong and is being corrected as I write. (thanks). And last I just found a the molded part the covers the back of the trunk interior had not been put back. I will give it a try but may have to come up again to have it reinstalled. Stay tuned Maybe I'm just a jinx....haha.....Pete. ps If I didn't leave a star review on some that's because I didn't have direct interface with them. More
