We did a test drive & there was no pressure at all to make a purchase. Dealing with Chris Stark (manager), Roberto Montiel (sales) & Erik Matos from the service dept was wonderful. They were very knowledgeable. They explained & went over everything concerning the car before we decided to buy it. We have been dealing with Joyce for many, many years & we have always purchased new cars from them. This was a differnt experience for us & it could not have turned out any better. We would not go any where else to buy a new or used car. Their service dept. is also excellent as well. We have used them for service for over 20 years. You can't get better customer service in sales or in the service dept. We have always had a positive experience over the years dealing with the Joyce Honda Agency. I give them a 5 Star Rating. More
