Lack of follow up on services/approvals. I had to be the one calling for updates after the dates they said they would call me. I also had to be the one calling the vendor to check on approva I had to be the one calling for updates after the dates they said they would call me. I bought my 2015 Toyota Highlander from Heiser in the summer of 2014. I have taken my car for service there ever since. Joe is like the brother I have never had. I trust him completely with advising m summer of 2014. I have taken my car for service there ever since. Joe is like the brother I have never had. I trust him completely with advising me on what I REALLY NEED and not taking advantage of the naivety of a single mom who is NOT well versed in the car business, lol! I've gotten to know him over the years and have informed the owners as long as Joe is in the service department, I will ALWAYS be a customer as he has BUILT my TRUST! I highly recommend this dealership to everyone as they are a family owned business ran by a woman, which I also love! Thank you for taking care of me and my vehicle so well. ALL of you are wonderful, but Joe is the cherry on top! Oh and Sonya at the check out desk, you HAVE to MEET HER she is soooooo friendly, I get a kick out of her! More

Brought car in for safety issue- technical bulletin was issued to correct dangerous release of braking system when slowing to a stop. Should have been NO CHARGE to do a 5 min software update and correct t issued to correct dangerous release of braking system when slowing to a stop. Should have been NO CHARGE to do a 5 min software update and correct the problem. Dealership charged my $129 for diagnosing the problem when I told them what the problem was ahead of time. Dealership also recommended services that Toyota said wasn't due for another 30-50,000 miles. Emailed Joe Kuckuk about the issues and he never responded to my email. More
