The service department is great to work with when there isn't an issue but as soon as they know you are not happy it is impossible to get ahold of anyone, especially the service manager Joe. My truck was in for a little damage on the cap caused by them in the time they had it, whoever had it put almost 100 miles on my vehicle. I asked Joe where it had to be taken his answer was "I dont know I will have to look into it". they gave my truck to a subcontractor to do body work, that contractor who the sales manager doesn't know where their shop is, used my truck to run errands all over who knows where and all I got is I don't know. I emailed my situation to who I thought was the manger but was told they no longer hold that position and would talk to the new manager about it. They must have decided that my horrible experience with Heiser's service department didn't warrant any more of their time due to this being about four weeks ago and not hearing anything back. More

The last time I had my oil changed, technician did not secure the drain plug and created a slow leak that absorbed into the engine shield and "eventually" dripped slowly wherever I parked , including spot secure the drain plug and created a slow leak that absorbed into the engine shield and "eventually" dripped slowly wherever I parked , including spots on my driveway. I had an independent technician, with me witnessing, take off the shield, which is full of oil, and show me the plug not even finger-tightened. There was oil splattered all around the drain plug, and a quart low on the dip stick. More
