Brought car in for safety issue- technical bulletin was issued to correct dangerous release of braking system when slowing to a stop. Dealership also recommended services that Toyota said wasn't due for another 30-50,000 miles. Emailed Joe Kuckuk about the issues and he never responded to my email. More

Sales representatives definitely suck up to you and tell you what you want to hear only for it to be false. One person tells you something and the next tells you the complete opposite. Once you sign and pay, they could care less. Just be careful with this establishment. If I had known that every time I go in for service I would not have a great experience, I would’ve never bought my car from here. Forget about talking to a manager too. If you don’t go looking for one yourself, you’ll never get to speak to one. More

Terrible experience. Still don't have my truck. Gave me loaner car with terrible tires and now I've been stuck in the snow. Technician overfilled car with oil and now the Still don't have my truck.
