You can’t get in to even get an oil change without an appointment weeks in advance. Also, you can’t get peoples records right. I am not the customer James that you keep sending emails about. I have tried multiple times to get you guys to fix this to no avail!!!! Service says to talk to management. Management says to talk to service. I do own a hyundai that I boight from st augustine but will no longer be taking it to you for service. More

Reason for a 4 star instead of 5 my car wasn’t washed which is the service they provide. Second time this has happened. They will make it right when you call. Otherwise a pleasant experience. 2months & $600 later, car broke down the following morning after receiving it back. Fought not to pay for the rental, and it was like pulling teeth to get one. Who can go without a car for two months morning after receiving it back. Fought not to pay for the rental, and it was like pulling teeth to get one. Who can go without a car for two months while they fiddle around NOT fixing the issue? Rude, inconsiderate, could not ever get in touch with management regarding our problems, just kept getting the run around. So when I finally got my car back, and it broke down the next morning..I had to pay to get it towed to Bozard Ford and traded it in. What an absolute waste of my money and time. I will never get a Hyundai from them again solely for this reason. Tunde literally talked crap about my husband directly to my face because he was STANDING UP FOR US AND MY CHILDRENS SAFETY IN THAT CAR. More

On July 22, 2024, the team of professionals at the new Hyundai of St. Augustine dealership (Service Shop) proved that returning for a third time was a good decision. First; the manager, Joe King, kept hi Hyundai of St. Augustine dealership (Service Shop) proved that returning for a third time was a good decision. First; the manager, Joe King, kept his promise of ensuring that my Santa Fe would be serviced in a bay where I could observe the work being done through the glass window from the customer lobby. The service advisor was Justin. He did a great job with the initial greeting and kept me informed of the status throughout the appointment. The work was completed by Keith, who also did a great job, and more impressively spent a few minutes talking with me about the service, or answering any other questions I might have had. Second; great job to the car wash team! My first visit to the dealership for service was on a rainy day, so my SUV didn't get washed or vacuumed. I will not mention the second visit in this review... but my most recent visit, which was my third, left me impressed at how well the car wash team did with vacuuming and cleaning my car. Third; done in an excellent amount of time! Even though it was a simple oil change with tire rotation and complimentary wash-n-dry, I still want to mention that the time I spent there, about one hour, was a very reasonable amount of time. Overall, the service I received at Hyundai of St. Augustine was outstanding! I will definitely be returning, and I will also recommend the dealership to others. More
