Started to look for a new car and wanted to check out the new Sonatas. Stopped in and looked around and left with a brand new car. we had a problem with what we thought were the brakes and it could not be found the first time and of course as soon as we got home it started again so I took it back up and went for a drive with Bill the Te it could not be found the first time and of course as soon as we got home it started again so I took it back up and went for a drive with Bill the Technician. The car was warmed up though so we couldn't get it to replicate, so I left it and they kept it for 2 days and found it was the transmission and fixed it. They were all very courteous, and gave me a loaner( a brand new Sonata, ) I will definitely refer people to them for both service and sales. I love Hyundais and have owned 4 so far and will continue to buy them. Keep up the great work Helen King More

I got my 2010 Tucson on Feb 19, 2010, and I LOVE my car. I did a lot of research before buying, & even visited other dealerships, but we decided on St. Augustine & I'm glad we did. So glad, that my husband went back on April 1, 2010 & bought a new Santa Fe!! Joey was our salesman & he is a very personable young man, & knows those Hyundais inside & out. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. Wade is the sales manager & made us feel very welcome. Dana handles all of the financing paperwork & certainly knows his job!! Again, he answered all of our questions fully, & made appropriate recommendations. Joe King is the service manager & I have never dealt with a more pleasant, knowledgeable man. It certainly seems that the DeFeo family has put the right team together at their St. Augustine dealership. We are thrilled to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. WOW!! Talk about SERVICE!! I was on vacation and WOW!! Talk about SERVICE!! I was on vacation and someone recommended them for an oil change and service. Talk about quality service. I got an WOW!! Talk about SERVICE!! I was on vacation and someone recommended them for an oil change and service. Talk about quality service. I got an oil change for under $20.00!! Plus they did a basic check of everything else & my cars in great shape. I'll be back for this type of service, much friendly than where I originally purchased my car. They might be a little further of a drive, but QUTALITY SERVICE & not trying to sell me junk I don't need are well worth the drive. Ask for Joe, he was straight forward and got me in & out quickly.
