Sleazy business practices at this dealer and incompetent service center. You are much better off finding a local trustworthy independent shop. They couldn’t find the source of a slow coolant leak and told m service center. You are much better off finding a local trustworthy independent shop. They couldn’t find the source of a slow coolant leak and told me I was wrong and there was no leak and the car was perfectly fine. I even sent them pictures circling the source of the leak and explained I’ve had to refill the coolant twice in only a few thousand miles. They were dismissive and told me I was wrong and there was no leak. They suggested I take it to another shop for a second opinion. The second shop found the source of the leak within a few minutes. The car is a 2020 Tucson with 35k miles on it and it’s our 3rd vehicle we bought from this dealer. Do yourself a favor and buy a Mazda next time as they are the next up and coming brand that actually provides value and stands behind their warranty More

It's always a 5-star experience. It's easy to schedule service via their website. And it's nice that I always get a follow-up message requesting feedback from the service manager. You can’t get in to even get an oil change without an appointment weeks in advance. Also, you can’t get peoples records right. I am not the customer James that you keep sending emails about. Reason for a 4 star instead of 5 my car wasn’t washed which is the service they provide. Second time this has happened. They will make it right when you call. Otherwise a pleasant experience. 2months & $600 later, car broke down the following morning after receiving it back. Fought not to pay for the rental, and it was like pulling teeth to get one. Who can go without a car for two months morning after receiving it back. Fought not to pay for the rental, and it was like pulling teeth to get one. Who can go without a car for two months while they fiddle around NOT fixing the issue? Rude, inconsiderate, could not ever get in touch with management regarding our problems, just kept getting the run around. So when I finally got my car back, and it broke down the next morning..I had to pay to get it towed to Bozard Ford and traded it in. What an absolute waste of my money and time. I will never get a Hyundai from them again solely for this reason. Tunde literally talked crap about my husband directly to my face because he was STANDING UP FOR US AND MY CHILDRENS SAFETY IN THAT CAR. More
