My original experience was good, got a good deal that I walked away happy with. Unfortunately for my luck, a better financing offer came around after I bought the car. I reached out to my salesman Rolin, t walked away happy with. Unfortunately for my luck, a better financing offer came around after I bought the car. I reached out to my salesman Rolin, to ask if there was any option to take advantage of that financing offer. And he just responded with a laughing emoji, I guess my question made him laugh either at the situation of myself. Which I found very unprofessional and I ended up reaching out to Taylor, who helped me with financing originally. Taylor referred me to Joe, who did what he could to put a new deal on the table for me to consider taking advantage of the new financing offer. Which just wasn’t meant to be unfortunately, still appreciated Joe’s efforts. Overall I’m happy with the purchase, but the fact that someone laughed at a question of mine, as stupid as it could be, and never responded so I had to reach around for help. Makes me wonder if that’s something that would not motivate me to do business with Lokey in the future. More

Trevor was awesome. For being so young, he really knows his Volkswagens, and was very personable. However, we did not have a positive experience with Taylor. When my husband and I told Taylor that we were not interested in an extended warranty, he left the office and did not return for at least 15 to 20 minutes telling us he had something to do. My husband and I have purchased over 15 cars in the last 32 years and this was the first time someone treated us like this. More
