I had a wonderful first experience buying a car with Lokey. I was getting emails and phone calls from dealers that we sending me info on models other than the one I asked about or I’d get emails from 3 Lokey. I was getting emails and phone calls from dealers that we sending me info on models other than the one I asked about or I’d get emails from 3 different people or robo-emails. But Sarah Melendez and Joe Haig were different. Sarah followed up with me when the specific model and color I wanted was coming in in advance. When I indicated interest, she pulled in Joe Haig who took over the process from there. Joe and I traded a couple calls and texts I felt comfortable enough to make the hour drive to Lokey. 3 hours later was driving off with the car I wanted. I’m not used to having it ready the same day! Joe made sure everything was getting done right and efficiently. I took the long drive there because of Sarah and Joe – then Joe worked out what I needed and made it happen. Everyone working at Lokey was happy, friendly and went out of their way to make me feel special. It was a great experience! More
