He was most sensitive and patient My experience with Joe Haig, salesman, was superb! He helped my 90+ year old sister try VW cars on two occasions. He was most sensitive and patient in showing her the different buttons on the VW and helped her appreciate all the new safety devices now available on the VW to assist a driver. In addition, he went out of his way to find just the right color and all the inside options that she wanted. In addition, he was most knowledgeable when providing me with different costs and benefits which helped me compare various purchase versus leasing options. I highly appreciate all the time he spent to ensure that my elder sister had the best car for her needs. I would recommend him at all times without any hesitation and will select him for any further VW purchase or lease need. More
