Awesome experience. Called Joe the day before regarding a truck I saw on the internet. Set up a time did a test drive, and 3 hours later drove off with the truck. After arriving in from England to buy my new first American car i t I just wanted to share my fantastic shopping experience that i had with Joe Haig. After arriving in from England to buy my new first American car i trawled through many forecourts and was greeted with the standard type set conversations but no one really seemed totally interested in how important this purchase was and didn't take time to find out my wants and needs, that was until I met Joe and the other team at Lokey they were fantastic and made it fun and painless whilst still treating me respectfully with the purchase of my car. Simple process Joe was great to work with as was Jeff. We looked at car. It was clean and ready to drive. He listened to what we wanted in the car and pointed out any flaw he knew of(small tear in leather it was used) and didn’t hide anything. He made the offer but we weren’t happy with offer. He listened to us and went to manager once and met our offer. We didn’t have to haggle all day. It took a while to get into financing but we had a nice conversation and got to know him on a more personal level. Very nice experience. Live my new used car! More
