Joe Haig really came through! We were in a bind and had to get a car ASAP before moving down to Naples. We saw the 2015 Passat SE online and made an appointment to see it on a Friday afternoon. We arrived at 4pm and looked at the car, did the typical test drive, etc. I myself am never one to made irrational decisions. I wanted to test drive it again and he let us zip out and give it another test. After that I was almost sold. Joe worked with us and threw a bunch of things in to make the sale. Of course there is always a little pressure when buying a car, but when you’re looking at a car that is certified, had all the service work done before the car hit he lot, and the items they promised to do after we bought the car completely lifted that pressure. They even beat the interest rate that our lender was offering. The people at Lokey have always been downright honest and Joe is a great guy. Yeah, it’s a dealership and you’re going to pay dealership prices for service work(when it applies). But, as the old saying is “You get what you pay for.” We have a 2010 Jetta that we’ve had serviced from the 10k all the way to the 70k mile service and couldn’t be happier. Thank you again Joe for making our buying experience on our second car the best it could be! More
